Terms + Conditions

Liability: Documentation provided is to be used at the client’s discretion. Deux Collectif and its affiliates are not responsible for the misuse or improper implementation of proposed strategies.

Deliverables: The deliverables for each service is outlined in its corresponding section of attached documentation. All documents are to be provided at project closure

Payment: Payment for services is due in the amount(s) listed, 50% at the time of signing before project commencement and the remainder 14 days post-completion of the project. Payment is to be made via cheque to Deux Collectif.

Change Orders: Changes to the scope or requirements of the project may be made at the discretion of the project manager, and are subject to subsequent fees, terms, and conditions as agreed upon.
